SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by PQA PHARMACEUTICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY (doing business as PQA.JSC). Throughout this policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vifadimed, a registered trademark of PQA.JSC. This policy governs the shipping and delivery of orders within the United States.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • All Orders are Final: Once placed, orders cannot be updated, changed, or canceled. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout. A minimum fee of $8.00 (for cancellations) or $6.00 (for address redirections) will apply to any approved modifications. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous video before and during the opening of your package. This video is required as valid proof for any claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States from our local U.S. warehouse. 
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), freight forwarders, or U.S. Non-Contiguous States & Territories.

2. Shipping Address & Cancellation Policy

  • Shipping Address Modifications: We are unable to modify your shipping address once the order has been submitted. Please ensure your delivery address is current and valid at the time of checkout. If the address is incorrect, there are two scenarios:
    1. the carrier (USPS/UniUni) will automatically adjust your address to the correct one, which incurs a redirection fee of at least $6.00 (depending on the order) and these fees are the responsibility of the customer, or
    2. The delivery is unsuccessful, in which case we are unable to process a refund.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: All orders placed are final. Due to our automated fulfillment system, the window for changes or cancellations is extremely short. In the event that you wish to change, modify, or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via info@vifadimed.org. We will make every effort to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified/changed/canceled.

    • Before Shipment: If the order is still in the handling stage and has not been shipped out, there is a chance to cancel/modify/change. However, there will be a charge of at least $8.00 to cover shipping label and warehouse processing fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • After Shipment: An order is unable to be changed/canceled/modified after it leaves the warehouse, which is typically 8 hours after your order is placed. We are unable to process a refund in these scenarios.

3. Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed with a daily cutoff time of 12:00 AM (Midnight) EST. Confirmed orders are picked up by our carriers (USPS/UniUni) the following business morning. Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days.

4. Shipping Rates

A Flat Rate of $5.50 applies to orders within the contiguous U.S. Sales tax is applied at checkout based on your state's laws.

  • For orders to U.S. Non-Contiguous States & Territories: For orders to Alaska (AK); American Samoa (AS); Guam (GU); Hawaii (HI); Northern Mariana Islands (MP); Puerto Rico (PR); US Virgin Islands (VI); and 969 zip codes, please contact us via email (info@vifadimed.org) to confirm delivery feasibility and shipping rates before placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders to these regions without prior confirmation via email.

5. Delivery Verification (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

By placing an order, you agree to record a continuous unboxing video when opening your package. This video is required as valid proof for any claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items. To be considered valid proof for claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items, the video must clearly show:

  • The original shipping label and barcode.
  • The physical condition of the package before opening.
  • The total quantity of the products and the specific items inside.

6. Missing/ Damaged or Incorrect items

In the event of missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately via email (info@vifadimed.org), our website chat box, or our phone number. You must provide your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video. Once we verify the evidence, we will promptly reship the correct products or provide the missing items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery

If your order is not delivered within 25 working days from the shipment date, please contact us with solid purchase proof. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue for you.
